Dr. Elchuri's Remedy For Dandruff

RECIPE 1:

-Roast Kuskus (Gasagasalu).

-Mix roasted kuskus with Hot milk.

-Leave it for 3 hours.

-After 3 hours grind it to paste and apply to scalp.

-After one hour have hair bath with soap nuts(kunkudu kai) or shikakai.

RECIPE 2:

If you have more dandruff follow this procedure.

-Take Neem oil(vepa nune) and make it mild on slim fire.

-Apply this to scalp.

-After 1 hour have head bath with shikakai or kunkudu kai.

-This has to be done at least twice a week.

Avoid foods thats cause Kapha.

Follow these procedures for 3 months. Keep changing your pillow cover regularly. And use a separate comb and clean it when ever you comb.
